WebAug 14, 2024 · In the new Taranis Q X7 there's an S.Port connector in the bottom of the radio. The manual just says it's for 'future use', so it isn't clear whether it is operational or not... I was asked to connect an FSD (FrSky S.Port Dashboard) to the Q X7. Check under the cover on the bottom of your QX7 to see if there's a 3 pin connector in the hole on the left hand side. If there is, you actually need to use that socket to flash receivers.
