Webuninstall the game and also clear the games settings at %LOCALAPPDATA%\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077 and then make a new clean install make sure you have windows updated to the latest version make sure you have all drivers updated (most relevant are the gpu and audio drivers)
